I ran into Cindy Hodge at the State Suicide Prevention summit and heard her mention something about a program she was leading.  Knowing Cindy and the quality of what she did, I just said yes on the spot.  I had no idea what I had signed up for.  I was certainly not disappointed, in fact, my life changed quite remarkably through the training.  As we were discussing burnout, I realized I hit all levels.  I had no idea.  Through the course of two days I realized how stressed, empty, and on edge I had become in my life.  The training not only helped with awareness, but also how to take better care of my body, mind, and soul.  Since the training I have let go of many obligations and reassessed what is truly important.  I am focusing more time on wellness, relationships, and spirituality.  This has changed how I feel about myself, those around me, and brought so much more vitality to my life.  I would recommend this course without reservation.  It was the wake-up call I so needed

As a business owner in Property Management, I found the conference with Cindy Hodge and Kathryn VanBoskirk invaluable.  I learned many things that are benefiting me both personally and professionally.

Over the three days, the sessions were insightful, interesting and very meaningful. Cindy and Kathryn facilitated this learning well by giving everyone a chance to be involved. I would come away from each session fulfilled and eager with more information, insight and motivation to make changes  I found the “How to Lead and Who to Follow” especially helpful.  It was eye opening and inspiring to consider all the ways we can use leadership daily to increase success in our businesses, teams and even personal lives.

I benefited immensely from this conference and would advise anyone to attend to enhance their personal and professional lives.

Attending the launch for ALL-IN Unlimited was a truly exceptional experience. What I know is that it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day businesses of our lives and find a million reasons why we can’t or won’t take time for our own personal or professional growth.  Doing so makes it easy to stay in our stuckness. Attending the launch gave me the opportunity to challenge myself and grow by exploring both where I’ve been and where I want to go. Not only were the facilitators amazing in their guidance, but the community of the group was inspiring.  Thank you for a wonderful opportunity Cindy and Kathryn.
