“You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end, each of us must work for his own improvement and, at the same time, share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful.” Marie Curie
When you think about investing in the health, wellness, growth, and leadership for your own life, group, or organization, it could seem a “road too far” with the challenges and crises that lie before us. It could also seem indulgent with the other training, skills, and responsibilities we need to attend to in day to day living.
However, the reality is that challenging things are always happening for everyone all the time. If we want to live our best lives and want to help, inspire, and support others to do the same, we cannot afford to forego this focus.
People want to make a difference, make their mark and change things in small and sometimes very big ways. If it has been your investment to make a difference, you not only deserve time and space to focus on your own development, you are in some ways obligated to prioritize these learnings so that you can be the best “you” possible for those around you. You can feel alone in this journey or you can join others with the same purpose.
All workshops are designed based on research and an understanding of adult learning principles. The trainings are interactive and experiential.
